Within his first year in real estate, Rick was among the seven core agents to open DBL Beverly Hills (now Sotheby’s International) While at DBL, he was recognized for outstanding production and achievement three years in a row and was acknowledged as one of DBL Beverly Hill’s Top 10 Agents.
Rick was recruited by Keller Williams Realty as the first core agent/investor of the Hollywood Hills office, where he founded The Cunninghame Group, a real estate team with Keller Williams, and subsequently went on to become the Top Listing Agent for that year; the same year, the Hollywood Hills Office became recognized at the Homerun Office Launch in the Keller Williams franchise system.

He has ownership and investments in multiple Keller Williams franchises including: Santa Monica, Newport Estates, LA Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Honolulu, San Carlos, Los Gatos, Carmel, San Francisco, Half Moon Bay, Almaden, and Burlingame.
Amassing an agent base of over 1,450 residential and commercial agents with $4.5 billion in cumulative sales2015, Rick has truly established himself as a leader in his industry.

After learning systems and structure from a career in the military, Jason was ready to move against the current and jump into a Life Worth Living. In 2013, he merged his passion with his career and became a real estate agent In his first year, he sold 26 units and became Rookie of the Year giving him insight into what new agents need to succeed.
He feels so fortunate to have stumbled upon Keller Williams as they gave him the models and systems to find a lead generation source that worked with his personality. In that first year, he mastered open houses and used the leads from this to start growing his team The Flynn Group grew to a team of 3 in his 2nd year where he learned to leverage the people around him to give him time to complete his master’s in marketing. Using Jason as an access point to the most up to date marketing practices, the members of his team were able to grow to top agents in their market
Seeing how Jason naturally used his knowledge to help agent’s grow, he was hand selected by the KW Northern California and Hawaii Region to be an Assistant Team Leader for the Capitol Valley Office, which quickly led to a Team Leader Position in Fremont, CA. Jason loves discussing business with his agents and using his skills to help them grow into their vision of success

We have several staff members that are available to support you in your business. You can easily submit a request both online and in person for marketing materials, or schedule an appointment to gain support to elevate your business.

Once an associate of ours hits their “cap,” they make 100% commission for the rest of their anniversary year. We make it simple to go from paying a commission split to keeping your full commission and coach you how to get there as quickly as possible

Here is the breakdown of how fast you will go from paying a commission split to keeping your full commission:
- as a new agent, the commission split is 70/ 30. 70% to the agent and 30% to the brokerage
- when our agents cap, they have the option to advance their commission split based on their production (for example 75/25 or 80/20)
- an average new agent with a 70/30 split can cap after closing around $5 5 million in closed transactions and receive 100% commission within their anniversary
