The underwriting and marketing process is broken into five phases:

PHASE 1 | ANALYSIS UNDERWRITING

This team provides unmatched underwriting support to every transaction. On top of our team members’ decades of underwriting experience, our proprietary shared database contains rent, occupancy and sale information that can be sorted and manipulated in a myriad of ways to empirically support values to investors, lenders and appraisers.

PHASE 2 | MARKETING CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT

Our marketing plan includes the development of electronic, as well as hard copy, marketing materials by professional graphic designers. The result is an appealing, highly polished collection of marketing collaterals that sets the stage for the offering.

PHASE 3 | PROSPECTING & MARKETING

After we create the needed materials to launch an omni-channel marketing campaign, we set the KW Commercial’s unique process in motivation with KW Commercial Portal in order to create a maximum exposure environment. This phase in the process includes:

• Listings exposed internally to more than 4,000 KW Commercial investment brokers around the country

• Launch initial blast through our proprietary database of over 80,000 active investors/developers.

• High volume e-mail blasts and/or mailed announcement flyer

• Answer questions and inquiries from prospective buyers and brokers

• Actively yet qualified investors and share access to a private virtual deal room

• Organize buyer site tours

• Solicit bona fide offer
