SUMMARY: Evaluation of the quality of educational programs is an important component element of educational administration. The assessment of quality can identify areas that require modification and correction, improvement. Assessment of the quality of educational programs allows you to set parameters of compliance and noncompliance of the results of vocational training. In this regard, the development of tools for assessing the quality of educational programs is important. These materials are identified criteria for evaluating the quality of educational programs, such as: quality criteria content educational program, criteria for evaluating the process quality of the educational program, criteria for evaluating the quality of graduate education program. The different versions of metric measurement and control of materials that can be applied in assessing the quality of educational programs, such as controlling and measuring the quality of the curriculum materials are tons of controlling and measuring quality of educational materials accompanying. As a result of the evaluation criteria presented by the quality of educational programs to assess the quality of educational training programs for managers of education failed to specify the priority of improving the field. So, was identified critical area of attention - which requires an immediate improvement, the area of attention, which demonstrates a partial non-compliance the requirements of consumers and improve the area. Research results can improve the quality of management education programs and improve the quality of education managers, presented tools can be useful heads of educational institutions, training centres, to experts in the field of quality management education.
