A multi-course dinner featuring a selection of seafood, meat, and dessert, each paired with wines chosen to match the flavours of the dish. The experience begins with a welcome glass of Champagne and includes wines from France, Australia, and the USA, followed by a dessert served with either whisky or dessert wine. Designed as a structured pairing menu, it offers a balanced progression of courses in a relaxed dining setting.
