Kubota engineered the M5N specifically for work in vineyards, orchards or anywhere else that might require a narrow tractor that features M-Series power. With an ergonomically designed operator station, improved hydraulic capacity and the V3800 turbo diesel, the M5N delivers on Kubota's proven versatility, dependability and strength.
Engine Features
The M5Ns have the Kubota V3800 engine which has a common rail fuel system, intercooler, exhaust gas recirculation and employs a diesel particulate filter and a selective catalytic reduction for minimized emissions. Additionally, it has an increased alternator capacity (100A), large radiator, large diameter cooling fan and RPM memory for repetitious actions.

M5N-112: 105.7 rated HP*, 91.0 PTO HP** 12-speed models

Hydraulics
The M5N offers two valves as standard, with an optional third, fourth and fifth valve. 16.7 gpm flow is available and all valves include independent flow control. The tractor is ready to accept implements requiring multiple valves.
Ergonomic Operator Station
To promote operator efficiency, all main controls are on the right hand side of the operator.
Transmission
High productivity requires versatility, such as traveling at low or sustained speeds. This tractor's transmission has 12F x 12R speed, with six speeds in two ranges. An optional High/Low allows for a 24F x 24R. The shuttle shift is electric over hydraulic making direction changes a breeze. The 540/540E PTO is standard, as is the over drive feature for improved travel speed. All models have wet disc hydraulic brakes and gear lock parking.
New Hood Design
The new hood is more than 5" lower than the previous model (M5N-091/111), providing enhanced visibility, without changing the wheelbase.

Tilt/Telescopic Steering Wheel
Steering position can be adjusted by tilt and telescopic function. Adjustable range of tilt is 22°, adjustable range of telescopic is 2.3 inches.
Modular Front Grill Guard (opt.)
Kubota engineered modular front grill guard is available as an option kit. The optional grill guard will help protect the hood and eases the opening/closing of the hood.
