Friday, May 17, 2024 – 8:30 am Johnson City Administrative Conference Room Cathy Ball, Chair
Members Present: Joe Grandy, Steve Barnett, Glenn Berry, John Abe Teague, John Speropulos, Greg Matherly, Chuck Vest, Jeff Dykes and Freddie Malone
Members Absent: Cathy Ball, Steve Darden, Todd Fowler, Lottie Ryans, Jenny Brock
Others Present: Alicia Summers, Rebecca Davis, Isaac Allman-Wilson Worley PC and Sherry Greene
I. Call to Order and Welcome: Secretary Chuck Vest called the meeting to order at 8:35am. There was not a quorum at this time.
II. Public Comment: Secretary Vest asked if there was any public comment. Seeing none the meeting proceeded.
Vice-Chairman Joe Grandy and Steve Barnett joined the meeting.
III. Approval of minutes from last meeting:
a. April 26, 2024
Motion: Greg Matherly made a motion to approve the April 26, 2024 minutes as submitted. John Speropulos seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

1. Total Assets: $684,000.51
2. Total Income: $337,227.45
3. Total Expenses: $259,455.19
4. Net Income: $77,772.26
5. Y-T-D total income: $1,358,288.61
6. Y-T-D total expenses: $1,300,452.28
7. Y-T-D net income: $57,836.33
Motion: Vice-Chairman Grandy made a motion to accept the April financials as submitted. John Abe Teague seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
