L’argilla pura estratta purificata e portata ad uno stato plastico mischiandola ad acqua piovana viene formata manualmente all’interno dello stampo in legno.

I mattoni stampati uno ad uno vengono poi essiccati a terra all’aria aperta per diversi giorni.

Cottura con fornace utilizzando prevalentemente legno di castagno, proveniente da scarti di segherie della zona limitrofa, alimentato manualmente notte e giorno, con colore, profumo tipico; procedimento che dura totalmente circa una settimana.
Purest quality clay is extracted and purified then becomes a malleable dough by mixing it with rainwater then shaped by hand into wooden moulds.
Bricks shaped piece by piece are then air dried on appropriate flooring for many days.
Baking in oven manually fed day and night with chestnut firewood, from nearby sawmills, with traditional color and scent; the whole process lasts approx one week.

Colaggio manuale dello smalto su ogni singolo pezzo e decorazione a pennello delle sfumature presenti sulle tinte unite, creando tanti pezzi unici. Every single piece is worked first by casting glaze then finished with brush obtaining proper shading on plain tiles, creating many unique pieces.
