Designed to promote better nutritional practices for adolescents in Rainbow Homes Program's care, this primer includes guidance on nutritional assessments, the basics of nutrition, food groups, and corrective measures for malnutrition. It offers ideal food portions by
age and gender, low-cost region-specific recipes, and tips on food preparation, storage, and hygiene. We have also translated the primer in two local languages i.e. Hindi and Telugu. This will help in reaching to different audience across cities, as part of our dissemination strategies in
coming years.
