Welcome to the 2015 Dekalb 4-H Our 2015 DeKalb County 4-H Scrapbook contains more than 120 photos of 4-H’ers who earned awards of champion ribbons or higher in this year’s summer judging and at the DeKalb County Free Fall Fair. Our cover features photos of four of the many champions.
