Uchazeč díky této vhodné odpovědi už nepředstavuje součást problému, ale jeho řešení. Dokládá, že umí přistupovat ke spolupracovníkům aktivně a přimět je ke společnému postupu.

I have a good understanding of the processes involved in product management and know how I can best use the talents of the people involved. When there’s a heavy workload, I can motivate others by making sure they understand how important their contribution is to the team’s results.
