They include: Discussion Guide for patients and GP – please let the moderator know this is a topic based discussion guide and will need their own notes to enhance it and fit with their style. This will all become clear when we have the verbal briefing. Stimulus – I have attached the recommended stimulus that I reference in the guide. Once again we will talk through this in the briefing. Report template – a guide to how we will be managing the capturing of information and research debrief.
