We are delighted to announce that Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar will be hosting the Red DivisionAIMS U11 Football Tournament this year.
To ensure the competition runs smoothly and safely for all participants and spectators, please take a moment to carefully review the following important details before arrival.

Pre-register your attendance here. Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate, for those who do NOT pre-register we cannot guarantee entry.
After arrival, please collect a visitor lanyard from the desk on the Athletics Field (signposted).
Washrooms:
Adults: Auditorium (signposted). Adults are not permitted to use the toilets in the changing rooms by the football pitches.

Parking and Arrival Information
Attendance Verification: Before entering, please complete the visitor's registration form attached here to confirm your attendance at the event. This will allow a more efficient entry process.
Entrance: Please enter through the Secondary School’s main guardhouse entrance (Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar).
On-site Parking: Parking is available in the Auditorium car park, which will be clearly signposted, and our guards will be there to direct you.
Off-Site Parking: If necessary, alternative parking is available off-site. If you are parking roadside, please exercise caution as the road is typically very busy.
Lanyard Collection: Please collect your Visitor/Event lanyard from the table by the Athletics pitches (signposted).
School site: Matches will take place on both the Athletics Track (Boys Matches) and the Hockey Field (Girls Matches).
Car Sharing Encouraged: To minimise parking congestion, we strongly encourage parents to consider car sharing. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in advance, and it contributes to the overall success and safety of the event.
Spectator guidelines
Expectations: As with all AIMS competitions, we expect positivity, encouragement, and mutual respect from staff, spectators, and athletes throughout the event.
Staying within Designated Viewing Areas: We warmly welcome parents to come and support their children during the event. For the safety of participants and the integrity of the event, it is essential that spectators remain within their designated viewing areas at all times. And stay well away from the touchline whilst matches are being played. Access to the school grounds away from the AIMS Football event is strictly prohibited.
Restroom Facilities: Adult restroom facilities are signposted for your convenience. Please be aware that adults are strictly not permitted to use the changing rooms/toilets designated for the athletes. For spectators, adult toilets will be located at the Auditorium Foyer.
Refreshments: There will be a selection of refreshments available to purchase from our PTC stall which will be located near the Athletic Pitches by the changing facilities.
Photography: Particular care should be taken to avoid recording digital images of other students unnecessarily without consent. Similarly, sharing of such images should only be undertaken after careful consideration of possible impacts. Please also note that the use of personal drones is prohibited on the premises.
