Upper Astro Redevelopment - Sponsorship Opportunities
To mark the redevelopment of the Upper Astro at Kingswood’s Upper Playing Fields, which includes a new surface, bespoke branded goals and team shelters that are set to enhance the player experience for years to come, we are pleased to introduce a new sponsorship opportunity for local businesses and organisations. This initiative offers valuable brand exposure through high- quality fence panel advertising around the perimeter of the pitch.
The Upper Astro is a well-used and highly visible facility. During the Autumn and Spring hockey seasons, we estimate a weekly footfall during matches of over 200 pupils, players, and spectators. This is further enhanced by an additional year-round footfall of around 150 visitors each week through external bookings and community use, plus a significant weekly footfall for the wider Pavilion, playing fields and courts throughout the year.
We are offering three tiers of sponsorship, with packages running from September 2026 to August 2027. As a first-year sponsor, you will also benefit from the opportunity to renew in subsequent years at a reduced rate, allowing for continued visibility and long-term association with the School and its sporting provision:

For all packages your banner will be produced:
• Full colour UV Print direct to substrate onto 3mm Hoarding grade, Aluminium composite panel with additional gloss laminate applied
• To your own specified artwork – please provide print ready PDFs set up at the sizes listed (or scaled down), set up in CMYK colour, with all images embedded and any text converted to outlines
• Design support provided by Freestyle Designs if required at £49 +VAT per board
Kingswood will:
• Be responsible for maintaining your panel in reasonable condition subject to normal wear and tear during the currency of the term of display agreed
• Ensure you have first refusal on any subsequent years’ sponsorship opportunity
• Name and tag sponsors in the website news story and social media posts celebrating the opening of the refurbished Astro
• Inform you first of any additional opportunities available to promote your business to the Kingswood community and beyond
