HOW? Launching in September 2025, students will take part in fortnightly workshops, Ted Talk-style discussions and smaller, more informal sessions. They’ll hear how our speakers’ careers began, developed, pivoted, were challenged and have thrived.

STUDENTS THAT PUTS We want to encourage our THE ALUMNI EXPERIENCE students to embrace real-world opportunities with confidence and FRONT AND CENTRE. an enterprising mindset. In a rapidly changing digital-first world, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, networking and creativity are still of paramount importance.
Whether you can talk about what an entrepreneurial mindset looks like, how to look for and make the most of opportunities, test boundaries and push your own limits, learn to pivot when things don’t go as planned or how you navigated setbacks along the way, your experience can help inspire students to consider how to be ‘future ready’ and empower them to craft careers that are as flexible and innovative as the world they’re entering.
After the inaugural Autumn term, the KGS Accelerator initiative will be offered to Sixth Formers at local state schools as part of our ongoing outreach collaboration.
