HOSPITALITY BROCHURE
WELCOME
We thoroughly enjoy developing special events for Kings House School Sports Ground and work with a team of specialists to help us deliver an outstanding service. We can arrange drinks receptions, wine tasting events, large functions and parties. Every aspect is handled personally and you can be sure of a seamless, professional function – no matter how large or small. This brochure is designed to help you pick the best service to meet and exceed your expectations.
BOOKING
Whilst every effort will be made to cater for last-minute hospitality requirements, we request that you please place any food orders for items in this brochure a minimum of 10 days in advance to avoid any disappointment. For bespoke requirements not included in this brochure, please inform us of your requirements at least 2 working weeks in advance, in order to allow us the time to cost a menu and, if required, plan adequate labour.
Please ensure that you provide any allergen or dietary requirements with your booking as we will always provide suitable alternatives to suit all needs.
MENUS
Our brochure gives you menu examples. Please note that our menus change seasonally and are always being refreshed. Please speak with our General Manager to confirm menus whilst placing your order as the menus are subject to change.

CANCELLATION
In the event that a booking must be cancelled, please notify the catering team at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to help manage any cancellations; however, there may be a cost incurred for food orders already produced.

OTHER CHARGES
Additional costs such as equipment/tablecloths, single use disposable items and cleaning materials may be added to your order. Please speak with our General Manager who will be able to support you.
NATASHA’S LAW
Natasha’s Law, introduced on October 1st, 2021, is the official UK Food Information Amendment. Although the law generally applies to prepackaged product, it does have a knock on effect on hospitality services.
In compliance with this law, allergen information is provided at the point of ordering food for any event. Event organisers are given the opportunity to review this information before finalising their order. At this stage, they can also request suitable options for anyone attending who has a food allergy or intolerance.
This would enable us to provide catering for an event in line with our current arrangements on site.
