Just imagine a typical day in Kindergarten —
The school morning begins at 8:25 a.m. with a warm greeting and gentle introduction to the day through hands-on learning and a Chapel on Wednesday. Snack time an age-appropriate breaks round out the early morning.
Late morning is filled with stimulating math and science lessons, special projects, and engaging activities.
Mid-day lunch, recess, quiet reading, and rest form a bridge to the afternoon.
Afternoon includes phonics, library, snack, learning centers, and prayer before students are dismissed at 3:05 pm.

King’s Academy Preschool - 12 Grade th Application Process & Procedures 2026-2027
Admissions Process:
Step One: Go to www.stcloudchristian.org and click on Apply
Step Two: Academic Records & Health Records Once you’ve submitted your application, please make sure these documents are on their way to the school.
A copy of each student’s most recent and previous report card and standardized test scores
IEP/504 or ISP reports (if any, past or present)
All Transcripts
Any Discipline or Behavior Documentation (if any)
Birth Certificate (a copy is sufficient)
Health Records (immunizations/physical or a notarized copy of your immunization “opt out” form)
Step Three: NWEA Map Growth Academic Screening. After application materials are received in the office, we will contact you to schedule a testing time for your student(s). You can plan for 60120 minutes for this testing. All new students in 2nd-12th grade will be required to complete an academic testing evaluation. If your student is entering Kindergarten please provide a kindergarten readiness screening from your local academic institution. If your student is entering Preschool no pre-screening is required.
Step Four: A personal family interview will be scheduled with our Head of School or Princpals. Students in grades 6-12 are required to attend this meeting.

Exceptions will only be made in the event of circumstances beyond a family’s control (sudden loss of income, unanticipated job transfer of the area, etc.) A “change of mind” does not constitute a suitable reason for an exception. All petitions for exceptions must be directed, in writing, to the administration and are subject to Board review.
Tuition assistance is available for student in grades K-12 (Not available for preschool students)
Tuition assistance: Awards are based on the family’s demonstrated need as determined by a third-party agency that makes financial needs assessments for Christian schools.
