editorial. In these days of increasing convenience it is regretted that we cannot yet take out an Insurance Policy to cover us from the paralysing situation of having to write an Editorial for The Vigornian. With resignation therefore characteristic of all the most distinguished Editors of The Vigornian we face our inevitable task. The weather, we observe, is as popular a topic in Editorials as in everyday life. As we expected, the weather had so wearied itself out last Term raining and the river flooding that for the first five weeks this Term we were actually wanting rain—a unique condition. The river has only made one effort to spoil our rugger but we eluded it by playing our match against Cheltenham College 2nd XV on the Northwick ground, which the Worcester Rugby Club kindly lent us. Otherwise games have proceeded this Term practically without interruption. The sudden cancellation at the end of last Term of the annual O.T.C. Camp, which always rounds off the Summer Term so well, was a great disappointment, especially to those leaving school. It seemed very tame that after a fortnight's exams, the Term should thus peter out without a concert. We feel sure that everyone will agree with us in hoping that it will not occur again next year, though it seems possible. The Dean, as is his custom, announced the results of the King's Scholarship examination again this Term. Nine
