editorial. What shall we do for an Editorial this term? You say " Leave it out; it's always about the weather." But we can see an immortal group of Eds. Vig. standing apart, brow-bound with golden crowns bearing the word " Editorial." A little wrinkle of contempt—contempt for them as never done it—relieves the rigid contour of their saturnine faces. Shall not we too, stand apart with a little wrinkle of contempt? We are resolved . . . " Moriamus et in media arma mamus." Gentlemen, the weather has been fair but cold, wind varying from N.E. to N.E. We have played cricket (almost continuously) and done other things. The Musical endeavour of the School has been unceasing, and with unvaried result. . . . Gentle reader, it really has been very very good, and all concerned are to be congratulated. There has been tennis and pass-ball—an interesting sport that has found its way from Aldershot once again, and has survived a whole year. Also a considerable amount of interesting and ever peculiar contributions have been received for the School magazine, showing that the spirit at least is willing. . . . The absence of both Oxford and Cambridge Letters is, to say the least, unfortunate. But more of this anon. Have we won our crown, and shall we have our little wrinkle ? EDS. VIG.
