Once more the Winter Term draws to a finish; once more we are able to look back on a term full of success, on the football field, on the parade ground, and in the form room. Very soon (alas !) we shall have returned to the season of parties, dances, indigestible food, and other festivities which mark the approach of Yuletide. If at the end of this term the editors are still in existence, they will probably succeed in handing out to you a copy of the " Vigornian." Have compassion, gentle reader, and do not peruse it with an over-critical eye ; an editor's lot is not a happy one, his is a thankless existence.
Accept, therefore, our humble
efforts; we have fulfilled our tasks to the best of our ability, and in spite of it all we wish our readers a very happy Christmas.
