renewed energy the reins which he was forced to lay down in December last; and was rejoiced tofind that theSchoolhad not suffered in anyway, but had rather made particularly good progress under the careful and self-sacrificing administration of Canon Wilson. The holiday must have been welcome also to Mrs. Chappel, to whose careful management and patient work the School House, and indeed the whole School, owes so much. Grateful, then, must we be to Canon and Mrs. Wilson for stepping into the gap and fulfilling their arduous duties with such cheerfulness and devotion.

It was with sincere regret, mingled with a deep sense of gratitude, that we wished farewell to Canon Wilson last term. The event was graced by a speech from Mr. Rammell, who expressed the sentiments of every one of us
