Covid-19 Policy Statement General 12.05.2021
WE WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU WHAT WE’RE DOING TO MINIMISE THE RISK FROM CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 TO OUR WHOLE COMMUNITY We request that you wear a face covering around the Centre, unless exempt or during an activity. If a face covering is taken into a fitness area it must be kept on the person/in a pocket. A face covering MUST be worn on the swimming spectator area. Please do not enter the building if you, or anyone in your household have any signs of Coronavirus COVID-19 Symptoms (see gov.uk for guidelines). Those who are at high risk should follow the medical guidance issued to them at all times. We’re really looking forward to seeing you again and can’t wait to catch up, but for the time being, whilst following Government Guidelines, we ask that you keep your visit limited to your Activity Booking only. This is to ensure the safety of all Members and Colleagues. We are following guideline restrictions on the number of people allowed in each area of the Centre at any one time, therefore, Pre-Booking & Pre-Payment of your activity MUST be made before arriving at the Centre (see Activity Booking Guide). Entry to the Centre will not be allowed without a booking in place. Please have your booking confimation & membership card ready on arrival.
All bookings can be made 21 days in advance. View Timetable here. Please arrive at the Centre already dressed in clothing suitable for your activity (swimwear on under your outer clothing). Dry Changing Rooms are open for essential use only (see fitness policy). Wet Changing Rooms are open, but for restricted use by swimmers only (see swimming policy). You may only bring a minimal amount of essential items into The Centre which must be put into a locker before you attend your activity (see our Fitness & Swimming Policies for exceptions; where we do ask you to take belongings into some activity areas). Please be patient, respect social distancing rules & use hand sanitiser provided before & after using lockers (locker tokens are available to purchase from Reception - Tokens & £1 coins will not be lent out).

To keep the Centre as clear & safe as possible for all users, please direct your enquiry to us via email or phone us; 01227 595602 rather than waiting to ask at Reception. Please see additional Fitness & Swimming Policy Statements for guidance in individual areas.
