Pimpama Spring Fair 2025 - Food Vendor Agreement 1. The King’s Christian College Spring Fair will run on Saturday 23rd August 2025 from 11am – 3pm in the school grounds at 198 Pimpama-Jacobs Well Road, Pimpama, QLD 4209. 2. We understand this is your business and livelihood and we are only asking for a contribution fee of 10% of the day’s takings. This will be collected at 3:15pm by the Marketing Team members. 3. Liability Insurance & Food Licensing documentation MUST be emailed to springfair@kingscollege.qld.edu.au at least 2 weeks prior to Spring Fair. 4. You will need to provide your own shade shelter/umbrella/marquee, table/s, chair/s or anything else you require to run your stall for the day. Please ensure that all shade shelters, displays etc are weighted down, not with stakes or pins. 5. Bump in times plus a mud map layout will be emailed to you one week prior to Spring Fair. If, on the day, you require help to find your allocated spot on the day, please contact the event organiser. 6. Due to the high traffic of stallholders and vendors during bump in your additional vehicles (if not for serving, ie. foodtruck) must be removed from the unloading area as soon as you have unloaded and before you begin your set-up. All vehicles are to be removed from the unloading area by 10:00am. 7. At the end of the day you may begin packdown after 3pm. You will not have access to bring your vehicle to the loading area or remove your vehicle from the grounds until after 3.30pm or as soon as the Event Manager has given clearance. 8. Please ensure that you leave your area clean and free of rubbish, by using the bins provided.
9. All Food Vendors are responsible for their own property and must ensure that their activities do not endanger the safety or security of any people at Spring Fair. King’s Christian College WILL NOT be liable for any claims with respect to personal injury or property loss or damage caused by any stall and you are encouraged to seek your own advice regarding public liability insurance.
