GATHER
The Gather pillar includes ministries that help create a welcoming, spirit-filled atmosphere where people can come together to worship, connect, and experience the presence of God. These teams are the first point of contact and play a vital role in shaping the worship experience.

Parking – Ensures a smooth and friendly arrival experience for all guests and members.
Usher – Maintains order and flow within the sanctuary, supporting a reverent and organized worship environment.
Worship & Arts(WAM) – Leads the congregation in creative and passionate worship through music, dance, drama, media, and production.
Kingdom Youth Ministry(KYM) – Serves nursery, elementary, middle and high school students through worship, teaching, and fellowship that nurtures spiritual growth.
Hospitality – Extends warmth and care through service, refreshments, and support at events and gatherings.
Greeters – Offers smiles, greetings, and direction at church entrances to help everyone feel welcome and seen.
Registration – Assists with sign-ins, check-ins, and event access to ensure smooth participation across ministries.
First Impressions – Oversees the full guest experience— from entry to exit—ensuring that every visit to Kingdom is a memorable one.
First Aid – Provides medical support and emergency response during services and events.
Kingdom Apparel – Manages church-branded merchandise that promotes identity and unity.
Kingdom Cafe – Enhances the community experience through food service and fellowship in the café space.
College Ministry – Engages current college students through relevant fellowship, worship, and connection.
Shields of Faith – Collaborates with local first responders to ensure a safe and positive environment across our KFAME community.
Ministerial Staff (by selection) – Licensed clergy who support the church through preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and sacramental duties.
GROW
The Grow pillar is all about intentional discipleship and spiritual formation. These ministries are designed to help individuals develop a deeper relationship with God, connect with others, and grow through every stage of life. From foundational faith to lifelong learning, Grow ministries help you walk boldly in your Kingdom purpose.

Connect Coach – Guides new and returning members in identifying their gifts and connecting them with the right ministry opportunities.
College Prep – Supports high school students and families with resources and guidance for the transition to college.
First Friend/Altar Counselor – Provides prayer, encouragement, and follow-up to those who respond to altar calls during worship.
Growth Leaders – Teach and lead spiritual development programs that encourage consistent, Christ-centered growth.
Life Group Facilitator – Leads small group gatherings that create space for relational connection and biblical reflection.
Kingdom Group Facilitator – Leads activity-based groups (e.g., basketball, military fellowship, wellness groups) that foster spiritual growth, community, and discipleship through shared interests.
New Members Team – Welcomes and equips new members through orientation and foundational teachings about Kingdom life.
Men’s Ministry – Fosters growth and fellowship among men through discipleship, accountability, and brotherhood.
Women’s Ministry – Builds a supportive community for women to grow in faith, serve with purpose, and lead with grace.
Marriage Ministry – Strengthens couples through biblical teaching, fellowship, and resources for healthy, Christ-centered marriages.
Thrive Ministry – A vibrant ministry for seniors, offering opportunities for continued growth, fellowship, and wisdom-sharing in the later seasons of life.
Young Adult Ministry(YA) – Engages adults ages 22-40 in meaningful discipleship, worship, and service as they navigate early adulthood.
Poise – Empowers young women of all ages to walk in confidence, identity, and spiritual maturity through mentorship and discipleship.
Congregational Care – Extends love and support through prayer, visitation, and compassionate care during times of need or celebration.
GIVE
The Give pillar centers on stewardship, service, and generosity—empowering Kingdom disciples to honor God through giving of time, talent, and treasure. These ministries help individuals and families live out biblical principles of generosity, economic wholeness, and community impact.
Faith and Finance
– Teaches biblical financial principles that support wise stewardship, debt reduction, budgeting, and long-term financial health—aligning faith with everyday financial decisions.
Economic Empowerment and Innovation Center (EEIC)
– Equips individuals and families with practical tools for financial stability, entrepreneurship, career development, and innovation, helping to break cycles of poverty and build generational wealth.

Kingdom Cares – The umbrella for our outreach efforts, Kingdom Cares mobilizes volunteers and resources to meet tangible needs in the community through acts of kindness, service, and love through food and diaper distributions and so much more.
Evangelism Ministry – Trains and equips members to confidently share the gospel and engage people in spiritual conversations—locally and beyond.
Economic Empowerment and Innovation Center (EEIC)
– Extends its reach beyond financial teaching to include workforce development, entrepreneurship, and community impact initiatives that serve the broader public.
PUSH (Pray Until Something Happens) – A passionate prayer ministry that intercedes for the church, the community, and the world, activating change through fervent, consistent prayer.
Womens Missionary Society – Engages intergenerational women to carry out God’s mission in church, the society, and the world.
