A collaborative subdivision duplex design based in Inglewood, CA created in response to the brief. The design focused on flexibility, sustainability, and community. The modular walls allow for flexibility of use and aging in place over time. The implementation of solar panels, rainwater collection, energy efficient appliances and choice of materials create a more sustainable design. And the use of facade finishes and landscaping are in keeping with the existing neighborhood.
Design received Honorable Mention award.

A modular housing design with staggering heights that aims to bridge the gap between the existing historic 3-story structure and a 6-story brutalist new development. The housing towers are elevated so that the ground level becomes a public walkway connecting the site to the rest of the neighborhood. The construction was designed as modular, off-site prefabricated units stacked on concrete plinths and floor slabs.

An art school designed with a winding pathway that celebrates the Indigenous history of the site. The pat provides access to each area of the school and ultimately leads one to the water’s edge. The angled rooftops and the building orientation strategically take advantage of the sun and wind.
