In my 20 years of real estate in the lake country, I have never seen more demand and escalating values in this market!

Brittney Cares Supports the Balduff Family

Brittney Cares recently provided a $1,500 donation to support the Balduff family following the tragic loss of Andrew Balduff. After a serious automobile accident in April, Andrew passed away, leaving behind his wife, Maryssa, and their two children. The loss has been deeply felt by family, friends, and the community.

Through its mission of helping local families during times of hardship, Brittney Cares contributed funds to assist the family as they navigate the emotional and financial challenges that often follow an unexpected loss. Brittney Cares Supports Addy Alliston

When unexpected tragedy strikes, the strength of a community often shines brightest. Recently, Brittney Cares was honored to support Addy Alliston and her family with a $1,500 donation as they navigate a long road to recovery following a serious farm accident. Addy suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where she received emergency medical treatment. Her injuries included broken bones in both legs, significant tissue damage, lung contusions, and a concussion. After undergoing multiple surgeries, Addy began the challenging process of rehabilitation and recovery.

Despite the obstacles she has faced, Addy’s determination and resilience have inspired everyone around her. A true cowgirl at heart, she recently celebrated the milestone of taking her first steps again, a powerful reminder of her courage and fighting spirit. Lakefront properties and golf community homes continue to experience strong demand, reflecting the area’s growing popularity and exceptional lifestyle amenities. While average days on market increased slightly, inventory levels remain balanced, creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

The market continues to benefit from strong buyer interest from both within Georgia and across the Southeast. New construction and development activity remain active throughout the area, while the region’s championship golf courses, waterfront recreation, dining, and resort-style amenities continue to attract new residents and second-home buyers.

Interest remains strong among both full-time residents and second-home owners, while new construction in select areas around the lake continues to contribute to the market’s long-term growth and appeal.
