Greetings from Georgia’s Lake Country! With our great climate, convenient location and “world-class” amenities, our area has become one of the hottest places to relocate to in the country. In my 20 years of real estate in the lake country, I have never seen more demand and escalating values in this market!

Sharon and David Goins have always worked hard, but on November 14th their lives were devastated by a lithium battery fire that destroyed nearly everything they owned. Sharon suffered third-degree burns and injuries from melted plastic, while their beloved pet tragically lost his life after waking Sharon by barking, saving her from the fire. With 75% of the home destroyed and the remainder unsafe due to smoke damage, funds are urgently needed to secure housing, food, and basic living necessities.
