Across Europe, experiences are no longer defined by destinations alone—but by the depth of connection they create.
From heritage cities and coastal enclaves to alpine escapes, contemporary urban districts, and culinary landscapes, Europe operates as a living system of culture, design, hospitality, and movement.
Within this system, boundaries between travel, tourism, hospitality, real estate, and food are increasingly dissolving.
FORAGE exists to define what emerges in between.
FORAGE is an initiative by Kilowott that studies Europe through the architecture of experience.
It is not a magazine in the traditional sense, nor a catalogue of places.
It is a curated intelligence platform, capturing how environments are shaped, how value is created, and how meaning is experienced across industries that define modern European living.
Our vision is to reframe Europe not as a collection of geographies, but as a continuum of lived experiences— where place is understood through emotion, interaction, and cultural rhythm rather than borders or categories.
In this context, travel becomes immersion. Hospitality becomes narrative. Real estate becomes identity. Food becomes memory.
At its core, FORAGE is an act of synthesis.
It weaves together fragmented signals from across Europe’s experiential economy—how people move, where they stay, what they consume, and how they belong—into a single, coherent perspective on how contemporary life is being shaped.
