Welcome to Killearn Club! Dear Members, Welcome to Killearn Club, where tradition, community, and an elevated lifestyle come together. It is my sincere pleasure to welcome you to our membership, and I am honored to have you as part of our growing club family. While Killearn Club has long been known for its exceptional golf experience, we are proud to offer so much more than the game. Our club is designed to be a place where members of all ages and interests can connect, relax, and enjoy a well-rounded lifestyle. Whether you are spending the day at our resort-style pool, enjoying a match on one of our six tennis courts or nine pickleball courts, or refining your swing in our state-of-the-art Trackman bays, there is truly something here for everyone. Beyond recreation, Killearn Club is a place to gather and create lasting memories. Our private dining spaces and vibrant food and beverage program provide the perfect setting for everything from casual family dinners to special celebrations. We are committed to delivering an exceptional culinary experience that complements the welcoming and social atmosphere of the club. At the heart of Killearn Club is our dedication to service, community, and excellence. This handbook has been designed to help you make the most of your membership and to familiarize you with all that the club has to offer. Killearn Club reserves the right to adjust its operational hours. Members will be notified of any changes.

Website and Mobile App Members will have access to their accounts through the member login that can be accessed through www.KillearnClub.com or the Killearn Club mobile app. Before gaining access, members must first register their account with the information received in their welcome email. After a member has registered, they can use their login to reserve courts, book lessons, register for clinics and club events, view/pay their monthly statements, view social calendars, and see the latest news postings.

Making Payments Once you have activated your Killearn Club member account, the Member Central portion of our website and the club's mobile app conveniently provides members images of detailed chits, statement balances, and payment options. To setup your account for payment, proceed with logging into your member profile, click the Member Central tab in the main header, and within the dropdown select Statements. You can make a one-time payment by clicking on Pay Now, or set up recurring payments by clicking on Make Recurring Payment. You will be able to save your preferred payment with either selection. When scheduling a monthly recurring payment, members should select dates between the 5th and 10th, as statements are due on the tenth day of each month. We strongly recommend this to ensure your previous statement has been posted before your payment method is prompted to charge again. Please note if you choose to pay by credit card, the system adds a 3% processing fee. There is no fee associated with ACH payments. The club does not accept check or cash payments for member dues and club charges. To contact someone on our accounting team, you may respond directly to this email or separately at accounting@killearnclub.com.

General Rules of Killearn Club Alcohol The Club will comply with all federal, state and local laws pertaining to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. Killearn Club will not tolerate excessive alcohol consumption on club property. Appropriate identification may be required for any member or guest who may be underage. The Club reserves the right to refuse service. Animals Pets are not permitted on club premises. Service dogs, however, are an exception to this house rule. Under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, a service animal has been specially trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are animals to provide therapeutic benefits through affection and companionship and require no special training. Only service dogs are exempt from this rule. Attire As a general rule, a casual atmosphere is available at the Club and should be in good taste and appropriate. Golf and tennis clothing are acceptable in all areas of the clubhouse. Fitness and swimming attire are not considered appropriate. Specifics to dress code can be found later in this handbook. Billing Statements are due on the tenth (10th) of each month. When scheduling a monthly recurring payment, members should select dates between the 5th and 10th. The club does not accept check or cash payments for member dues and club charges. Charges Members are to sign all checks with a properly executed signature and an account number. The primary member shall be responsible for all indebtedness to the Club incurred by themselves or any member of their family. Cell Phones Cell phone use is acceptable at the Club. Please be considerate of other patrons when using devices. Devices should be kept on silent and individuals should retreat to our designated phone rooms for extended conversations. Children ● Children under the age of 21 shall not be permitted to sit at the bar. ● Children under the age of 14 shall not be allowed in the clubhouse without the supervision of an adult. ● Children 14 and above are allowed to dine unaccompanied. ● Killearn Club is a family oriented club, however, it is reasonable to expect a code of conduct to be observed by all patrons.

General Rules of Killearn Club (continued) Food and Beverage All food and beverage consumed in the clubhouse and on Club property must be purchased from the club. Motorized & Personal Electric Vehicles All automobiles should be parked in designated parking areas. Owners and operators of motor vehicles, including and not limited to golf carts, electric bikes, scooters, etc., shall observe all traffic laws of the state of Florida. All operators must be licensed drivers. Golf carts must be parked in traditional lined parking spaces. Photography/Video Recording Taking photographs or filming of others is not permitted without their prior knowledge and consent. Personnel Matters Members are asked not to reprimand employees at any time. Please address any grievance or suggestion for improvement with the manager or duty or respective department head. Reservations Reservations in the dining room are recommended and be made through the member app or your member central account via www.KillearnClub.com. Tables in the dining room will be held for 15 minutes past a reservation time. After that time, seating will be accommodated at next available time. Service Charge All food and beverage tickets will automatically reflect a 20% service charge, with that entire percentage going back to the staff member. Smoking/Vaping Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all areas of the clubhouse including porches. Decorations Members wishing to decorate must first obtain approval from the Food and Beverage Director. All decorations must be removed promptly after the function is over. Tacks, nails and tape products that may deface or damage the building will not be permitted. Confetti, glitter and other invasive decorations will not be permitted.

Dress Code – Clubhouse, Dining Rooms, and Outdoor Dining Spaces ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

Gentlemen and ladies must remove hats while in the building and on the patios. Men are required to wear a collard shirt. No T-shirts. Ladies may wear resort style clothing with no midriff tops. Denim is acceptable but cannot be torn or frayed. Workout gear, denim cut-off style shorts, bathing suits and beach cover ups are considered inappropriate for all members and guests within the clubhouse. Juniors are required to be dressed appropriately in clean casual clothing. Branded T-shirts and pajamas are not permitted.

Properly collared golf shirts or mock turtleneck shirts are appropriate for men and must be tucked into trousers. Golf-style shorts or long trousers are acceptable. The appropriate length is between approximately four inches above and two inches below the knees. Cargo shorts are inappropriate. Golf and other caps must be worn with the bill facing forward. Blue jeans, denim of any kind, and bicycle shorts are not permitted. The removal of one’s shirt is not permitted. Sleeveless blouses with collars are considered appropriate for women. Swimwear, tennis attire, tee shirts, sleeveless shirts, and tank tops are inappropriate. Halter tops, racer backs, bare midriffs and non-hemmed shirts of any type are not allowed. Proper golf footwear with soft spikes, or spikeless shoes are required.

Dress Code – Pool Members and guests are expected to dress appropriately and modestly while enjoying the pool and other club facilities. Proper swimwear is required in the pool area, and overly revealing attire, offensive clothing, or inappropriate cover-ups are not permitted.

Inclement Weather If lightning is detected in the area, all recreational amenities, including the pool and racquet sport facilities (tennis and pickleball), will be closed, and members must seek shelter immediately. Killearn Club reserves the right to suspend or stop all recreational activities at any time if staff determine that weather conditions may pose a risk to player safety. Once notified of hazardous conditions, it is the responsibility of all members and guests to seek appropriate shelter without delay. While every effort will be made to keep facilities open for the enjoyment of our members, safety remains our top priority. Should conditions require a full closure, the Director of Racquet Sports and General Manager will make the final decision.
