Hours of Operation Clover Cafe 10:30 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. | March 1 to October 31 Open for Special Events | November 1 to February 28 Closed on Mondays. Bar will remain open for one-hour after cafe. The Executive Chef reserves the right to close the cafe due to weather conditions. Pool 9:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. | March 1 to September 30 Closed | November 1 to February 28 Closed on Mondays. Killearn Club reserves the right to close due to weather conditions. Website and Mobile App Members will have access to their accounts through the member login that can be accessed through www.KillearnClub.com or the Killearn Club mobile app. Before gaining access, members must first register their account with the information received in their welcome email. After a member has registered, they can use their login to reserve courts, book lessons, register for clinics and club events, view/pay their monthly statements, view social calendars, and see the latest news postings. 3

Members are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children and guests. Members and guests are required to use Club issued towels All members and their guests must register with the pool attendant before entering the pool. ○ Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times. ○ Guest fees must be charged back to the member account. All children 14 and under must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult (age 18+). Operating hours will depend upon the season of the year. The pool may be closed during portions of the days for reasons such as inclement weather, maintenance, or when special conditions warrant. Swimmers must wear bathing suits. Swim diapers are required for children 4 and younger. Running, pushing and rough play are prohibited in the pool area. All food and beverages must be purchased through the club. Personal coolers and glass are not allowed around the pool area. Floats and rafts are not permitted in the pool unless approved by staff. No moving of furniture. No speakers allowed. No diving is allowed. Smoking is prohibited on the property. No organized events or parties are allowed. This pool operates without a lifeguard on duty. Members and guests swim at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and the safety of anyone they bring as a guest.
Guest Policy - Pool Due to the seasonal nature of pool operations, there is no limit on the number of guests a member may bring. A guest fee of $25 per person, per visit, applies to all guest ages 3 and older. Members are encouraged to be mindful of guest usage and to help preserve a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all members and their families. The Club reserves the right to modify guest access policies, including guest limits and fees, at any time if guest attendance affects facility availability or the overall member experience.
Pool Towels No outside towels are permitted. The club will provide members and guests with towels upon arrival.

Members are responsible for the safety and conduct of their guests, as well as for their registration. Courts will be closed for short periods for maintenance as needed. Members may not bring their personal coaches onto the facility for the express purpose of receiving lessons/instruction.
Rules of Play The rules of the United States Tennis Association shall govern all tennis play. Pickleball follows the guidelines of the U.S.A. Pickleball Association. Conduct: All activity in the tennis area is subject to the authority of the Professional Staff, or, in their absence, to any assistant designated by them, or to that of the General Manager.
Guest Policy - Racquet Sports Members may bring as many guests as they want, but each guest may attend only once per calendar quarter. Please refer to our racquet rates for guest fees.
Additional Information Juniors under the age of 10 must be supervised while on the court.
Court Reservations Court reservations are not required but are recommended to secure a court, and can be made through the Killearn Club member app or your Member Central account at www.KillearnClub.com. Court reservations will be limited to 90 minutes, and restricted to one reservation per day. Court reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the designated time. After that, the court will be available for waiting members. Failure to cancel your court reservation may result in charges. Ambassador 14 days in advance. Camellia & Clover 7 days in advance.
Ball Machine The ball machine may be reserved if available. Member must be 10 years or older to use the ball machine without adult supervision.

Inclement Weather If lightning is detected in the area, all recreational amenities, including the pool and racquet sport facilities (tennis and pickleball), will be closed, and members must seek shelter immediately. Killearn Club reserves the right to suspend or stop all recreational activities at any time if staff determine that weather conditions may pose a risk to player safety. Once notified of hazardous conditions, it is the responsibility of all members and guests to seek appropriate shelter without delay. While every effort will be made to keep facilities open for the enjoyment of our members, safety remains our top priority. Should conditions require a full closure, the Director of Racquet Sports and General Manager will make the final decision.
Dress Code – Racquet Sport Courts Appropriate attire must be worn at all times. Members are responsible for notifying their guests of these guidelines. The following may be used for guidance: ● ● ● ●
Tennis attire includes tennis shirts, shorts, skirts, and outfits, warm-up pants, and jackets No midriff tops Only tennis shoes are allowed on the courts; running shoes, basketball shoes, and cross trainers are not permitted Unacceptable clothing includes cut-off shorts, cargo pants, and unsightly or torn clothing
Dress Code – Pool Members and guests are expected to dress appropriately and modestly while enjoying the pool and other club facilities. Proper swimwear is required in the pool area, and overly revealing attire, offensive clothing, or inappropriate cover-ups are not permitted.

Gentlemen and ladies must remove hats while in the building and on the patios. Men are required to wear a collard shirt. No T-shirts. Ladies may wear resort style clothing with no midriff tops. Denim is acceptable but cannot be torn or frayed. Workout gear, denim cut-off style shorts, bathing suits and beach cover ups are considered inappropriate for all members and guests within the clubhouse. Juniors are required to be dressed appropriately in clean casual clothing. Branded T-shirts and pajamas are not permitted.
