PASSING THE TORCH
THE SPECIAL OLYMPICS TORCH made its way from Bergen County to Kearny June 10 (en route to Trenton) where Officer Anthony Oliveira carried it to through town. The Kearny PD team was joined by runners from Lincoln Middle School. Inset, Det. Dan Esteves, left, and Capt. Timothy Wagner, center, join other runners. The event is known as the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run.
