Yoga Workshop with Dr. Kelly In October, Kersey Kickbox welcomed Dr. Kelly into the club as she provided our Kersey Fam with a terrific yoga workshop! Stretching is super important for before and after workouts - even just for daily life - and Dr. Kelly provided everyone with some great exercises for in the club and at home. Keep an eye out for future workshops offered in the club.

Halloween Glow in the Dark Classes This year, we celebrated Halloween for two days! On the 30th and 31st, our members broke out their favourite costumes, and joined us for some Halloween Glow in the Dark fun. From superheroes to skeletons, there were plenty of smiles and sweat in the club! We cannot wait to see the spunky spirit return for our annual Winter Spirit Week in December!
