National Library Card Sign-up Month runs Sept. 1-Sept. 30. Anyone residing in Kentucky or Hamilton County can get a card. An ID with your current address or an ID with a piece of mail with your current address is needed to apply for a free Kenton County Public Library card. Children will need a guardian’s signature.
