We’re Getting A Makeover! Everything we do at the Kenan Center can be broken down into these four pillars: Learn - Move - Gather - Create Each program in this booklet has an icon to indicate what pillar it serves. If you’re looking to move, look for blue! If you’re looking to gather, look for green! Of course, many programs incorporate more than one. This is just another helpful tool we’re adding to everything we do at Kenan moving forward!
Introducing “One-Offs” Most programs in this booklet are weekly. However, some are labeled “One-Offs”, meaning they are not regularly recurring, and there’s no obligation to register for multiple. Their specific dates and times are listed under their description. Give some a try!
New Kenan Civic Arena Map Towards the back of this booklet, you’ll find a floor plan map of the brand new Kenan Civic Arena with the layout of the 1st & 2nd floors. This should help you find where in the building each program takes place. To get a look at the fully completed Kenan Civic Arena in person, you’re invited to attend our Grand Opening Ceremony - Saturday, September 5th from 10AM - 4PM. It will be a historic day for our community that won’t happen again for a long time!

Discover the expressive possibilities of collage in this hands-on workshop led by artist Jacob Kedzierski.
