Why Winter Practice Works: Indoor practice helps golfers stay consistent during the off-season, focusing on fundamentals like posture, swing mechanics, and putting form. According to Golf Influence, winter practice is one of the best ways to maintain your rhythm and avoid spring “reset mode.” Controlled indoor environments give consistent feedback, helping you tune your swing and form in a low-pressure setting. Off-season is ideal for working on strength, flexibility, and even mental aspects of golf — things often neglected during busy playing seasons. How We Help at The Glen Club Our indoor facility, The Bunker, offers winter training lessons, simulated play, and short-game practice — a smart way to keep improving despite the cold.
