Inthelobby,ournewTVinstallationhasreplacedtheolderhutch,givingthespaceamoremodernlookandfeel.Beyondaesthetics, thisadditionalsoembracestechnology,whichallowsustohighlightmemorablemembermoments,showcasebeautifulcoursephotos, andshareremindersaboutupcomingeventsinrealtime
Themen’slockerroomhasalsoseenimprovements,withupgradedamenities,newsittingbench,refreshedphotos,andrepairedor newlyinstalledlightfixturesinthewetareatoprovideamorecomfortableandpolishedexperience.Wearealsolookingtomakesimilar enhancementstotheladieslockerroomaswell.

ThispastmonthwehostedTheMarchtoPleasantHill,ourannualMen’s Member-Guesttournament,anditprovedtobeatremendoussuccess.Overthree days,membersandtheirguestsenjoyedspiritedcompetitionacrossfive9-hole matches,earningpointsinpursuitoftheirflighttitles.
Attheconclusionofflightplay,11teamsadvancedtothetournamentshootout. Thisexcitingeliminationformatspannedfourholes,withmultipleteamsbeing knockedoutoneachhole.Thedramabuilttoathrillingfinishonthe18thhole, wherethefinaltwoteamssquaredoffinsudden-deathplayofffashion.
ThechampionshipmatchfeaturedPatrickMaddenandJustinAkinagainstMatt McKayandJustinBargiel.Aftertwointensesudden-deathholes,McKayand Bargielemergedvictorious,claimingthetitleof2025MarchtoPleasantHill Champions.

Themuch-anticipatedFairwayBunkerProjectofficiallybeganonSeptember23rd,startingwiththe16thhole.Onthishole,we are eliminating the first fairway bunker off the tees and reducing the size of the left and right bunkers near the approach. As mentionedinourinitialannouncement,thisrenovationintroducesstate-of-the-artlinertechnology,upgradeddrainage,andfresh sandconsistentwithourgreensidebunkers
Once#16iscomplete,ourcontractorswillcontinueto#18,thenmovethrough#1,#10,andfinally#13 Wewillcontinuetokeep youupdatedonprogressandgreatlyappreciateyourpatienceasweworktoimproveoverallplayingconditionsforourmembers. (Picturebelow)

Finally,weareaddressingthelandscapingaroundtheclubhouse.Overtime,mulchbuilduphasraisedthebedstoapointwhere irrigationcannolongerproperlywatertheflowers.Afullrenovationofthebedsiscurrentlyunderwayandwillbecompleted aheadofourfallflowerinstallation.Thescopeofworkincludes:

Pumpkin Painting Pumpkin Painting
Spa Pumpkin
Once you've found a perfectly round pumpkin, give it the spa treatment. Use green or teal paint to draw a "face mask" leaving space for the nose and mouth. Once the face is dry, stretch a shower cap over the pumpkin's "head" and pin it in place with straight pins. Finish the look with cucumber eyes, which are just cut-out images for longevity's sake
Caramel Apple Pumpkin
Nothing tops the real thing, but these adorable mini pumpkins come pretty close. But if you don't want to tease your party guests, make sure you have some edible caramel apples on hand, too.
Popcorn Pumpkin
Go for a more cheerful design, like this pink popcorn bucket Use strips of construction paper to trace the strips before painting, then add a scalloped edge to serve as the top of the bucket. To complete the look, glue real pieces of popcorn on top
