Ironwoods Bar and Grill and Presidio Golf Course Stun at 25th Annual Best of the Bay Event (San Francisco, CA)
We are proud to share the recognition and continued success of the Presidio golf course and Ironwoods Bar & Grill, at the Annual Best of the Bay Event. Chef John’s incredibly creative imagination came to life with real seaweed surrounding wooden presentation trays to serve our Ahi Tuna. Along with the seaweed, there were golf tees, scorecards, salt to look like sand, driftwood, and golf balls on the table next to some vintage golf clubs and golf bag. The Ironwoods Bar and Grill stood apart from other tables with our innovative and exciting display. Andrew’s signature cocktail and the crucial support from Jack and Jesus helped make the event a huge success. Among the 800-1000 guests we received hundreds of return customers with excellent reviews on both the food and specialty cocktail.

Sand Creek Station (Newton, KS) celebrated its 20th anniversary by bringing together many of the people who have helped shape its story, including city leaders, past and present team members, longtime supporters and partners who helped bring the vision for the facility to life two decades ago. Since opening in 2006, Sand Creek Station has become much more than a golf course. It has served as a gathering place for the greater Newton community, a destination for golfers from across the region and a place where friendships, traditions and memories continue to be made. Congratulations to everyone who has helped make Sand Creek Station such a sought-after and beloved part of the community!

The Start of a Community: The First Ever Deaf Youth Golf Camp Whiskey Creek Golf Club (Ijamsville, MD) Our team Whiskey Creek Golf Club recently enjoyed the opportunity to help Girls Golf of Frederick launch the Maryland Deaf Junior Golf Association with their first-ever Deaf Youth Golf Camp, creating an environment where Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing youth could learn, connect, build confidence and experience the joy of the game together. Special thanks to LPGA Girls Golf Frederick for Find the UKG Pro Tip Series on the COE here allowing us to play a small part in the big things they are doing to open doors for young people through the game of golf as well as the Western Golf Association and Evans Scholars for their support in making this day so successful and so much more than a camp.
