We figured if you’re going to have to pull out a wallet to pay a loosing bet, it had better have Nemadji on it.

Almost everything new and exciting is in the Golf Shop for the year! We sold over 36,000 balls last year and wanted to make sure we have plenty for this year. We have some clearance clubs from last year that are going out for a great price! Stop on in and check it out

A Note from the Greens View Grille
Hello from the Greens View Grille at Nemadji Golf Course!
Summer is here, allegedly... We are experiencing a cooler than normal start to the year but we have everything available to warm you up at the Greens View Grille. We are once again having our 6 pack deal, weekly deals on food, and much more!
We have our on course food and beverage service running at full steam as well. We have a great group of girls running and gunning everyday to ensure we can offer the best service possible. Be sure to stop at the Oasis on the North/South!
We have also started renovations on the Pop Shop on the East/West and are hoping to have that up and running soon. This will ensure you have a place to stop at the turn for refreshments when playing the East/West. It is also significantly closer than the clubhouse for anyone using the driving range!

Chef Brian’s Choice

This new section is deticated to our Head Chef, Brian! This month he chose the Nemadji Chicken Sandwich as Chef’s Choice. This is one f our staples and is constantly a hit but we like to highlight it any chance we can get!
“Healthy” might be a loose term for it, but it is also great with grilled chicken instead of fried! Just ask for it when you order

We wanted to start running a weekday promotion for the end of the winter for us to be your next stop for a weekday meal. We already have the fish fry and breakfast specials, but these will be sure to satisfy during the week. They will be available all summer long!!

We have also added a Soup of the Month going forward. This month is Chicken Wild Rice.
Add a grilled cheese as a side for only $3. This was our Soup for March as well but it has been quite the hit.

A Note from our Superintendent
Superintendent's Update: Course Improvements & Player Assistance
As we move through another busy golf season, our maintenance team remains focused on providing the best possible playing conditions while continuing to improve course infrastructure. One recent project we're excited to share is the installation of new rubber mats on several course bridges. This project began on June 24 and should be completed shortly.
These durable mats provide improved safety for golfers, staff, and maintenance equipment. The rubber surface helps protect the bridge structures from wear and requires significantly less maintenance than traditional bridge decking. In addition to their practical benefits, the new mats enhance the overall appearance of the course, provide a smoother ride, and will serve our membership well for years to come.
While our staff works diligently to maintain high-quality conditions, we also rely on every golfer to help preserve the course. A few seconds of attention during your round can make a significant difference.
As play continues to increase throughout the summer months, please remember to:
• Fill your divots in fairways and teeing areas using the sand provided on carts.
• Repair your ball marks on the greens and whenever possible, fix one additional mark. Properly repaired ball marks recover much faster and help maintain smooth putting surfaces for everyone.
• Rake bunkers after use and return the rake to its designated location.
Collectively, these simple practices have a tremendous impact on course conditions throughout the season. When every player does their part, we can maintain healthier turf, smoother greens, and a more enjoyable experience for all golfers.

Blatnik Bridge Project
We know a ton of golfers make their way to Nemadji from Duluth and we want to keep you updated on the Blatnik Bridge Project scheduled to start in 2026. While we don’t foresee any interruption to the 2026 golf season, we will make sure to keep you updated with all the relevant information and alternate routes to the golf course Construction for the aging bridge will take approximately four to five years, with Superior Mayor Jim Paine mentioning complete bridge closure by mid-2027.
Mayor Jim Paine says the city is going to make sure they’re not overburdening their citizens in any way unless absolutely necessary to get the project done on time and on budget.
Closing Thoughts
As we head into the heart of summer, I want to thank all of our members, pass holders, guests, and staff for making Nemadji such a special place. It's been exciting to see the golf course busy, our events well attended, and the clubhouse filled with familiar faces and new friendships.
We have plenty of great golf, tournaments, junior programs, and dining experiences still ahead of us this season, and we look forward to continuing to provide an outstanding experience both on and off the course. Whether you're playing 18 holes, enjoying a meal at Greens View Grille, or attending one of our many events, we truly appreciate your support. Thank you for being part of the Nemadji community.
