Miller Team Championship is back again for their 47 annual. Please call Al, Rick, or Russ with any questions for signing up. Sheets for sign up are available in the golf shop and all tournament payment must be through check or Venmo.

We constantly find ourselves running low on affordable golf balls late into the season. We have loaded up this year and are running both Callaway Supersofts and Wilson Duo Soft golf balls at a crazy bargain! Stop in and find your favorite colors before they are gone!

A Note from the Greens View Grille
Hello from the Greens View Grille at Nemadji Golf Course!
Well summer is officially here..... and so is the HEAT!! I am incredibly greatful for all the friendly faces that have welcomed me to Nemadji this summer! Managing an operation with so many moving has proved to be challenging, but exciting!
We are still running our weekly specials every week and will be starting up our Friday Fish Fry the week of Labor Day!
Make sure to stop by the Oasis if you are playing North/South for all your refreshments, and flag down the bev cart on East/West!
Just a heads up, we will be limiting our on course food and beverage services starting in September due to many of our staff members going back to school. We will do our best to accomodate all fronts but please ask that you be patient and look at signage out front for what our food and beverage operation will look like each day.
My door is always open for any and all suggestions!

This section is deticated to our Head Chef, Brian! This month he chose the Scrambler! We wanted a breakfast item to be featured and felt like this is the perfect breakfast before you head out for your round.
Even if you aren’t golfing, the Scrambler is sure to give you the fuel you need to tackle the day!

We wanted to start running a weekday promotion for the end of the winter for us to be your next stop for a weekday meal. We already have the fish fry and breakfast specials, but these will be sure to satisfy during the week. They will be available all summer long!!

We have also added a Soup of the Month going forward. This month is Chicken Wild Rice.
Add a grilled cheese as a side for only $3. This was our Soup for March as well but it has been quite the hit.

It’s hard to believe that we are over halfway through leagues already and playoffs are on the horizon! Thank you to all members who show up week in and week out no matter what the weather is bringing us!
The Men’s Club Championship is less than a MONTH away! It is reserved for the first 100 people who call the golf shop and sign up!
Final membership for the Nemadji Men’s Club is standing at 394 members this year. This makes us one of the largest clubs in the state and we are proud of all the support that is brought by each and every one of you.

Blatnik Bridge Project
We know a ton of golfers make their way to Nemadji from Duluth and we want to keep you updated on the Blatnik Bridge Project scheduled to start in 2026. While we don’t foresee any interruption to the 2026 golf season, we will make sure to keep you updated with all the relevant information and alternate routes to the golf course Construction for the aging bridge will take approximately four to five years, with Superior Mayor Jim Paine mentioning complete bridge closure by mid-2027.
Mayor Jim Paine says the city is going to make sure they’re not overburdening their citizens in any way unless absolutely necessary to get the project done on time and on budget.
Closing Thoughts
July is ending which means we are closer to the end of another golf season, rather than the beginning. Each year seems to fly by quicker than the last. We look forward to this time of the year during the cold months and wish we could be on the course. Each time you three putt, blade a wedge, or snap hook a drive off the tee, just remember..... You could be shoveling snow or quietly crashing out as you get into your vehicle when its 30 below. I’ve found this helps negate the urge to throw or verbally abuse your golf equipment. On the other hand, if anyone knows a good sports phycologist, please reach out via email.
All Joking aside, we have had a great month of July at the course! We have dealt with extreme heat, a lack of rain, and very severe smoke. Through it all, we appreciate each and every one of you that have joined us for a round this year.
I always encourage people to fill out their post round surveys to let us know how we are doing. We rely on that feedback greatly and is a key driver in improving our guest experience. If you are not getting the post round surveys, please reach out to me and i will make sure that you start receiving them.
