WELCOME

Welcome to Liberty National Golf Club! We are very excited to have you as part of our Liberty family! Our experienced and professional staff is here to make sure that every visit to the Club exceeds your expectations and makes it memorable for you and your guests.

Liberty National Golf Club is known for its championship golf course and exquisite clubhouse located on the Hudson with spectacular views of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline.

Dependents: Dependents are encouraged to play with a primary member at any time. Dependents are allowed to bring guests or play on their own after 12pm every day but Friday. Please reach out to the golf shop for reservations.

Donations: Members are allowed to donate golf certificates to their desired charities All certificates must be created by Liberty National and are limited to three players and must be accompanied by the member. Please reach out to the golf shop if you are interested.

Food & Alcohol: All food and alcoholic beverages consumed on the Club Facilities must be purchased at Liberty National. Alcoholic beverages will be served and sold pursuant to the laws of the State of New Jersey Members and guests are expected to use their best judgement when consuming alcohol on the premises

Cell Phones: Out of consideration of others, cellular telephones should be placed on a non-ring mode when using the Club Facilities. If a member or guest must answer their cell phone, calls should be taken in quiet areas of the club or outside to not distract others enjoying the Club Facilities.

IMPORTANT POLICIES & PROCEDURES (CONTINUED)

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the interior areas of the Club Facilities. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor Library Terrace.

Pets: Dogs and other pets, except for service animals as required by law, are not permitted on the Club Facilities. If a service animal is brought onto the property, the owner assumes full responsibility and liability for any damage, injury, or incidents caused by their pet.

Member Contact Information: Please be sure to keep your preferred contact information current with the Concierge or Chief Financial Officer The Club does not share any personal member information without the expressed permission of the member

Personal Property: The club shall not be responsible for members’ or guests’ personal property that is not in the Club’s care, custody, or control.

Practice Facilities: The practice range, short game area and putting green are open for members and their guests during normal operating hours For guests, the practice areas are available prior to playing.Range balls are to be used on the driving range and practice areas only. Please contact the Golf Shop for lessons in the Performance Center.

Pace of Play: For everyone’s enjoyment, all players should play without delay. Whenever possible, let faster players through The professional staff may pair individuals or twosomes to maintain the pace of play Groups of 5 players require prior approval from Golf Shop personnel The expected pace of play in the designated times for singles or twosomes is less than three hours. The expected pace of play for foursomes and fivesomes is 4 hours and 30 minutes. If a group is out of position, they will be encouraged to catch up to the group in front of them in a reasonable amount of time. After two recommendations by the Liberty National staff, they will be told to pick up and regain their position.

Member Decorum: Our staff is trained to treat members and guests with respect following the credo of “Ladies and Gentlemen, serving Ladies and Gentlemen.” We ask that all members reciprocate with the same demeanor. Please seek out management should you be displeased and need to discuss a situation or incident. Aggressive behavior towards staff will not be tolerated.

Member Locker: The Locker Rooms at Liberty National are truly unique and offer amenities such as Steam and Sauna rooms and lounges. Our Men’s and Women’s Locker Room attendant(s) will assist you with any requests you may have while using the facility

Daily or Guest Locker: Members may use a daily locker or reserve one for a guest at no charge. Please see the Locker Room attendant(s) on duty or our Golf Shop staff for assistance.

Club Storage: If you would like to store your clubs on premises, please speak with our Golf Shop staff. Each member has one designated space to store a set of clubs

Golf Handicap: Handicaps are computed under the supervision of the Golf Staff in accordance with the current World Handicap System. Members with an approved handicap may participate in Club tournaments.

Golf Course Etiquette: All players share an equal responsibility to protect our golf course by:

Fixing ball marks

Replacing divots or using the seed mix to fill the divot

Enter and leave bunkers at the nearest level point to the green

Carefully rake bunkers after use and place the rake outside the bunker

Golf Starting Times: We request making reservations to assist our staff in serving you and your guests better Please provide names and email addresses of all invited guests in advance of their arrival All golfers must register in the Golf Shop prior to playing. In an effort to elevate the golf experience, maintain proper spacing & pace of play, the club has designated the first forty minutes (MaySeptember) and the first thirty minutes (April, October & November) as preferred starting times for singles and twosomes. Golf reservations will be taken no more than 60 days in advance.

Caddie Program: The Club promotes a caddie program for use by members and guests Caddies are required prior to 3pm daily, from April 1st through the end of the season. If you would like a caddie available after 3pm, please notify the Golf Shop in advance. The caddie policy currently in effect is one caddie per two bags and one fore-caddie up to a foursome. All caddie requests should be made through the Caddiemaster or Golf Shop, not the caddie directly.

Golf Carts: The Golf staff will assign golf carts to a member or guest upon registration in the Golf Shop. Each operator of a golf cart must have a valid driver’s license. The Club may require that carts remain on cart paths based on course and weather conditions. Operation of, or riding in, a golf cart is at the risk of the operator and/or rider.

Outings: If your company would like to host a large golf event for charitable or corporate purposes, we can dedicate the entire club and golf course to your event on select Mondays throughout the year Our full-service golf outing experience is designed to meet your needs and showcase your company or favorite charity, accommodating up to 120 golfers Outings will begin rotating on an annual basis starting this season.

Mini-Outings: Mini-Outings are a perfect way to entertain groups of 8–32 of your company’s most important clients, prospective clients, or executives. Groups of 8–12 players may be scheduled on select Tuesdays and Thursdays with prior approval Larger groups of 12–32 players can be accommodated on select Mondays, subject to availability, and may be paired with other groups to create a shared shotgun experience.

Social Events: The Grille Room, Formal Dining Room, Library, Conference Rooms, and other customizable spaces provide the perfect setting for family gatherings, birthdays, retirement celebrations, company meetings, awards receptions, seasonal galas, and more All dining experiences feature unique, fresh, and expertly prepared cuisine from our Executive Chef

Club information can be found on the club’s website, www.libertynationalgc.com, and our Mobile App. We provide many services via our Mobile App, including Member statements, Boat reservations, registration for events and tournaments, golf lessons, private events, and more You also have access to most of this information online through the Members Login You will begin receiving important notifications, newsletters and more via our email the Liberty Ledger.

First time Login Instructions:

To access the Member’s website & app, you will use the same username and password. As an added convenience, the app will keep you logged in, so you don’t have to retype information each time you use it

Username is first name initial and last name (i.e. Paul Fireman = pfireman)

The Liberty National boat will be available during the months of April through November, apart from scheduled maintenance, Coast Guard restrictions, weather restrictions, and major tournament play Pick up and drop off times can be found either via our new mobile app or the Concierge and should be booked as far in advance as possible. The Club requests at least 24-hour notice and no sooner than an hour prior to departure. Bookings made less than 3 hours in advance cannot be guaranteed. Please utilize the directions below to book your boat. Reservations can also be made by reaching out to concierge@libertynationalgc com

Boat reservations can be made using any of the following options:

1.Liberty National Golf Club Mobile App or Website > Member login > Boat Reservations

2 Call/email the Club and our Guest Services Team Member will make the round-trip reservations for you and your guests.

The Club’s Helistop is available for the private use of our members and their guests. Arrangements for landings should be made through the Concierge and booked as far in advance as possible. All landings are subject to weather conditions and must be approved in advance. Please reach out to concierge@libertynationalgc.com to confirm your landing.

More than seven Guests is considered a mini-outing and will be reserved for specific dates and must be approved by the Golf Shop

Liberty National Golf Club provides the best quality golf instruction and facilities for our members and their guests Our PGA Professional staff offers private lessons, group instruction, golf clinics, workshops and corporate golf schools. Each member of our Professional Staff is dedicated to assisting you and your guests in improving your game. To schedule and for more information, please contact the Golf Shop. Please note, instruction at Liberty National is reserved for our Professional Staff. Guest instruction is not allowed unless approved by the Director of Instruction.
