Summer is officially underway, and June is shaping up to be one of the busiest and most exciting months of the year at Covered Bridge and Champions Pointe. Whether you're joining us for a tournament, enjoying live music on the patio, introducing your child to the game through our junior programs, or simply meeting friends for a meal after your round, there are plenty of reasons to spend time at the club this month. A Note from Ryan Dougherty – Your General Manager
As we head into June, the golf season is officially in full swing here in Southern Indiana, and our team is excited for what promises to be one of the best months of the year on the course With longer days, warmer weather, and the course in outstanding condition, despite the recent rainy weather, there has never been a better time to get out and play We want to thank all of our members, guests, and league players for the tremendous support so far this season Seeing familiar faces return each week, along with many new golfers discovering our course for the first time, reminds us why this game and this community are so special
June is packed with activity, including tournaments, junior golf programs, leagues, and special events throughout the month. Be sure to check our calendar regularly and sign up early, as many events fill quickly. Father’s Day weekend is also right around the corner, making it a perfect opportunity to enjoy a round with family and friends.
Both grounds crews continue to work hard each day to provide the best playing conditions possible, and we appreciate your patience as we continue seasonal course improvements. We have decided, because of the aforementioned rain, to postpone the fairway aerification until after the July 4th holiday. The golf shop is fully stocked with new merchandise for summer, and our food and beverage team has some great seasonal offerings ready for golfers after the round.
Most importantly, we encourage everyone to take advantage of the beautiful June weather, bring a friend to the course, and enjoy everything that makes summertime golf in Southern Indiana so memorable

We’re excited to share that our 2026 Tournament Guide is now available! This year’s schedule features a full lineup of tournaments, leagues, and special events at both Covered Bridge and Champions Pointe. View the guide here!
Players are encouraged to register through our online Golf Genius portal, which will also be used for event communication, pairings, and results. Be sure to review the guide, mark your calendars, and join us for another great season of competition, camaraderie, and fun on the course.

Covered Bridge & Champions Pointe
Join us June 6th–7th for our annual Member-Member Tournament at Covered Bridge Golf Club and Champions Pointe Golf Club! This two-day event features multiple 9-hole formats, flighted competition, great food, and the alwaysfun Horserace Shootout finale
Open to Men & Ladies Master, Platinum, and Bridge Pointe Passholders. Co-ed teams are welcome! The top two teams from each flight will advance to the final shootout.

Covered Bridge & Champions Pointe
Couples Golf is back at Covered Bridge and Champions Pointe! Grab your significant other, best friend, or favorite golf partner for a fun, relaxed evening on the course. Covered Bridge | Tuesday, 6/2
Celebrate Women’s Golf Day with us at Covered Bridge on Tuesday, June 2nd from 6PM–7:30PM! Grab your friends and enjoy a fun, laid-back evening filled with golf, refreshments, games, prizes, and socializing on the range. Whether you are new to the game or have been playing for years, this event is open to all skill levels and is all about having fun and connecting through golf.

Kickoff Scramble
Champions Pointe | Friday, 6/19
Kick off summer at Champions Pointe with our Summer Vacation Kickoff Scramble on Friday, June 19! Enjoy 9 holes, 9 summer-themed challenges, and plenty of laughs along the way. The fun begins with a 6PM shotgun start.
Entry is $50 per player or $20 for Platinum Passholders.

Drive, Chip & Putt
Covered Bridge | Wednesday, 6/3
Covered Bridge Golf Club is proud to host a Drive, Chip & Putt Local Qualifier, a free junior golf competition for boys and girls ages 7–15 this summer. Young golfers will test their skills in driving, chipping, and putting for a chance to advance toward the National Finals held at Augusta National Golf Club.

PGA Junior Camp
Give your child a week of golf skill development, games, and confidence building with certified PGA professionals. Camps are designed for beginner to intermediate junior golfers and focus on fundamentals like full swing, short game, rules, and etiquette in a fun, supportive setting

Trivia Night
Champions Pointe | Monday, 6/8
Think you have what it takes to win Trivia Night? Join us Monday, June 8th from 6PM–8PM at Champions Pointe Golf Club for a fun evening of trivia, drinks, and friendly competition!
Grab your team and come test your knowledge with great food, prizes, and a fun atmosphere all night long. A $10 cover will be collected at the door and a limited menu will be available.
