Venue Information PARKING Complimentary self-parking is available for your guests. Valet parking is available upon request. Pricing varies FINAL PAYMENT Final payments may be made by cash, cashier’s check, money order, or credit card. Final guest count is due 10 days prior to the event. If canceled within 10 days of the event, 100% of the food cost will be charged. TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE Standard Tennessee sales tax will be added to the final bill. A 22% service charge will be added to the food and beverage total. BARTENDER FEE A $150 fee will apply for each additional bartender. Packages include one complimentary bartender. One bartender per 75 guests is required. DEPOSIT A deposit equal to the facility fee is required to secure your booking. This fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward food or beverage purchases.
