Environmental policy statement Keltbray is committed to protecting the environment from impacts that may result from our activities, reducing and managing the environmental risks, preventing pollution, preserving or conserving natural resources; sustainably using resources, mitigating climate change wherever possible, adapting or protecting biodiversity and ecosystems, whilst ensuring the principles of sustainability are promoted. Our projects are planned and delivered in a manner that achieves high standards of environmental performance by proactively developing innovations and solutions to minimise negative and maximise positive environmental impacts during the delivery and lifecycle of projects. This policy reflects the purpose and context of Keltbray, and the nature, scale and environmental impacts of its activities. Our ISO 14001 certified Environmental Management System provides the framework for meeting compliance obligations, setting objectives and continually improving. Keltbray is committed to: Net Zero - Decarbonise our operations to achieve net zero by 2040 and assist our clients in meeting their individual pledges Natural Capital - Protect the environment and enhance biodiversity to ensure that we leave a better environment to the one we found. Resource efficiency - Drive Circular Economy principles for new and existing materials to eliminate waste, Circulate products and materials at their highest value and regenerate nature Environmental Management - Continuously improve the performance of the ISO14001 certified environmental management system To assist in achieving objectives, Keltbray will:

Implement our Carbon Reduction Plan Achieve our Science Based Target: Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 46.4% absolute reduction and Scope 3 by 55% per £’M of value added Continuously improve the performance of the PAS2080 Carbon Management System

Natural Capital –

Aim for zero environmental harm

Protect habitats and ecosystems, ensuring ecological considerations and protected species requirements are identified, assessed, and managed throughout the project lifecycle

Our business and projects to have a biodiversity no net loss and identify opportunities for biodiversity net gain

Procure responsibly

Resource efficiency –

Achieve zero non-hazardous waste to landfill with a focus on keeping materials and products in use

Define scope of water and material usage and set reduction targets for the Keltbray Group.

Implement necessary measures to reduce the environmental impact for the life cycle of resources and apply circular economy principles to improve waste and resource management practices

Environmental Management –

Comply with all applicable legal environmental legislation and their associated codes of practices, guidance and policies. Keltbray maintains certification to ISO14001: 2026 and commits to continually improving the way we manage environmental risk

Monitor the environmental impacts of our work and apply systems to mitigate risk and promote positive opportunities

Identify and provide appropriate training for employees and encourage our partners and contractors to do the same, raising environmental awareness across Keltbray and the industry

Communicate the environmental policy to its employees, stakeholders, contractors and clients and, where possible, members of the communities and any other interested parties that it engages with

Keltbray and its management team fully support this policy and are committed to provide the personnel and financial resources to implement it. This policy statement is reviewed annually by all interested parties. Employees are briefed on key Keltbray Policies at induction and after review or update.
