The annual WineGB Pruning Competition is a great opportunity for viticulturists from the UK to get together to celebrate the art of pruning for the ‘Battle of the Secateurs’. Mereworth Wines is situated on a busy section of road in Kent and allows it to present English wine to the tens of thousands of motorists and passengers that pass daily. Ideal time to take advantage of government grant: The Rootwave, available from Kirkland UK, is one of the pieces of equipment listed as eligible for a generous grant from the Farming Equipment Technology Fund.
