US-BASED RITE-HITE ACQUIRES KE FIBERTEC AS Milwaukee, Wisconsin (August 13, 2026) – Milwaukee, WI-based Rite-Hite Holding Corporation today announced the completion of its acquisition of KE Fibertec, a Denmark-based company. The KE Fibertec Group, based in Vejen, Denmark, and is one of the leading manufacturers of textile-based ventilation solutions (TBV) to ensure a healthy indoor climate, has been acquired by the US-based company Rite-Hite, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Rite-Hite employs more than 3,000 people worldwide with international business headquartered in Germany. “We are already a dominant player in the market for textile-based HVAC solutions with our DuctSox product lines, and we see the acquisition of KE Fibertec as an opportunity to bring further knowledge, expertise and growth to our business,” said Mike Bayer, president of Rite-Hite’s Interior Solutions division. The acquisition of KE Fibertec secures Rite-Hite’s leading position in fabric HVAC ductwork, while also strengthening Rite-Hite’s presence in Europe. KE Fibertec’s current owner since 2007, Jysk-Fynsk Kapital A/S (JFK), is undergoing a generational transition, which led to a reassessment of whether JFK was the right owner for KE. “We have been very pleased with our ownership of KE, but it has gradually become quite a large company,” says Per Kristensen, Director of JFK. Over the years, KE Fibertec AS has developed very positively and, following several acquisitions within the industry, has become a significant player in the US and European markets for textile-based ventilation. In total, KE Fibertec currently employs around 160 people, and the group comprises eight subsidiaries, four of which are production units. “From the management team’s perspective, and as former minority shareholders, this marks a milestone in the company’s history, which is now coming to an end,” says Carsten Jespersen, CEO of the KE Fibertec Group. “We were looking for a strategic buyer, and preferably one that was already globally active in our field .
