Washing and Maintenance GreenWeave®/MultiWeave®
GB KE-Low Impulse/KE-Interior/KE-DireJet System When washing textile ducts of GreenWeave and MultiWeave materials for food industry or other installations with high demands on hygiene, the textile duct should be turned inside out. Before washing, any steel rings must be removed from the textile ducts. 1. The machine should only be filled to half capacity. Wash at 20-40°C with any professional or commercial laundry detergent (no specific recommendations) for approx. 5-15 min. at a time until the washing water is totally clean. 2. Rinsing in several changes of water that cools down gradually. 3. In the second-last change of rinsing water a disinfectant (chlorine) may be added, if needed. Do not add fabric softener as this may lead to shrinkage and bad odour. 4. Dripping - light spin-drying or hanging on a line while still moist. Dripping is recommended, but tumble drying at low temperature (max. 60°C) can be effected, however, with risk of shrinkage. NOTE! Textile ducts with Ø48 mm Vario nozzles must be washed in a mesh laundry bag to avoid damaging the duct material. 06/2023
