We would like to thank our host Kee Hill Farms for all their work in getting this together and including us again this year. We would also like to thank Beginning Waters Charolais for being a consigner in the sale. We are based out of Lewisburg and Gap Mills. We currently run an all-registered herd of Limousin, Lim-Flex and Angus cattle. Additionally, Caleb is a frequent visitor of the show backdrop with his bred and owned cattle.

Thank you for taking the time to join us today. We appreciate your support!

Greetings from Beginning Waters Charolais!

We are very pleased to be part of the 2 Annual Spring Production Sale We have been rasing Charolais cattle since 2001 We love the Charolais breed and continue to try and imrpove every year by utilizing AI from some of the breed’s top bulls that fit our program We have been doing ET work for the last 10 years by flushing some of our best cows and buying some of the breed’s very best embryos to be able to bring you the best quality animals we can. The full flush brothers and two beautiful red Charolais heifers are a good representation of all of this hard work. We are very grateful for all our customers over the years, and we strive to earn your business. Our sale last year was very successful and was a true tesament of Philip’s hard work for past 25 years to be able to bring you high quality Charolais bulls and females in Monroe County, WV With cattle prices at all-time record highs, it is time to captialize on putting as much weight on those commercial calves as possible There is no better way to do that than with a Charolais bull grown in Monroe County We look forward to seeing you ar the sale and we would love to sit and talk about what we have to offer this year. Thank you to all our customers, a huge thank you to KHF for hosting the sale and to RFML for consigning. I would also like to thank my family, Lori, Shailyn, McKenna, Grant, our newest additionEmberly, and my dad Mike for all of their help and support of my dreams.

Docility & Calving Ease

Feed Efficiency & Carcass Merit

Improved Marbling

“Docility and calving ease are the two number-one things for a commercial rancher And the docility of the Lim-Flex is really great. But calving ease is top of the line. She has to be able to produce a calf without a lot of problems ”

- Shane Whiting, Commercial Cow/Calf Producer

“Using a Continental breed such as Limousin or Lim-Flex on a British-based cow herd gives you the best of both worlds –the maximum combination of a balance between gain, feed efficiency and carcass quality ”

-Dr KeeJim,CEOofFeedlot HealthManagement Services

“Genomic testing, breeder focus and the heritability of carcass traits have enabled all of us as seedstock producers to make rapid genetic gain in carcass quality In fact, the marbling EPD value in our breed reflects an improvement of 0.25 to 0.35 for both Limousin and Lim-Flex, making them very comparable to other Continental breeds ” - Dan Hunt, Commercial Cow/Calf Producer

This high calving ease bull is smooth built and refined!

A Red Factor non-diluter bull. These 782 sons are like peas in a pod. They would work really well on a set of black cows. They all should add extra growth from the Charolais side and still maintain a black hided calf.

A red factor non-diluter bull, meaning you can breed to black cows and get black calves. I like these red bulls, but red charolais cattle EPDs are terrible. Don’t let that fool you, there is a lot of growth to them and their popularity is growing

A beautiful made red factor heifer from our premier 1007 donor. This is her natural born calf and she is a stunner. I am retaining her full sib. Sired by Tri-N Bounty Hunter. This female should have strong maternal qualities and have the power to create those big herd bulls I want to offer two of my best red heifers and it will be hard to say which is best
