Reflecting on 2024, my heart is filled with gratitude for the incredible work God has done through His church this year. I want to personally thank you for partnering with us at INJOY Stewardship Solutions, and I’m honored to share the stories of life change, Kingdom impact, and the tangible results we’ve seen together in our Annual Report.
For over three decades, INJOY Stewardship has walked alongside churches just like yours—churches with a vision for growth, impact, and transformation. Our mission has always been to equip pastors and ministry leaders to lead successful stewardship and capital campaigns, so that financial limitations never hold back the call God has placed on your church. We exist to see your church’s vision fully realized, from building new facilities to launching life-changing ministries and beyond.
This year, we’ve witnessed a powerful movement of generosity and faithfulness across the country. Together, we’ve raised millions of dollars to expand God’s Kingdom—whether that’s through paying off church debt, building expansions, or community outreach programs. In the pages that follow, you’ll see case studies and stories of churches that have experienced transformation not just in their finances, but in the hearts and lives of their people. These stories remind us that stewardship is not merely about raising money; it’s about growing faith and seeing God’s hand move in miraculous ways.
Since stepping into the role of President & CEO, I’ve had the privilege of watching our team help churches unlock their full potential. I began this journey years ago, motivated by a calling to help churches grow in both vision and capacity. Our team has continued to innovate and evolve our approach, ensuring that we offer you the best tools, strategies, and guidance available. We want every church, regardless of size or denomination, to experience the freedom and joy that comes with a fully resourced ministry.
The results we’ve seen in 2024 are a testament to God’s faithfulness and the commitment of pastors and leaders like you who have trusted us as partners. We know that each dollar raised represents more than just a financial goal met; it’s a step toward fulfilling the Great Commission and making disciples of all nations.
As you read through this report, I hope you’ll be encouraged by the impact that’s been made and inspired by what’s possible for your own ministry. I look forward to the opportunities we have to continue serving and partnering with you in the year ahead. Together, we can achieve more, build stronger churches, and expand the Kingdom like never before.
Thank you for the trust you place in us and for your faithful leadership. We’re grateful to be part of your story.
In His Service,
Joe Sangl President & CEO, INJOY Stewardship Solutions

In 2011, current President and CEO Joseph Sangl purchased INJOY Stewardship Solutions. He has infused his passion and his own personal mission statement; “to help people accomplish far more than they ever thought possible.” Joe firmly believes that when individuals and churches walk in financial freedom, they are more likely to do exactly what God wants to do in and through them.

6 Key Questions to Ask
if You're Preparing for a Capital Campaign:
One of the greatest struggles pastor’s face is determining whether their church is ready to embark on a major giving initiative. The following questions will provide your leadership team with a great starting point in determining your church’s campaign readiness:
1.
Is this the right timing?
Pastor Joshua Harris says, “The right thing at the wrong time is the wrong thing.” Granted, Josh was talking about dating and relationships when he said this, but it’s equally applicable to churches considering capital campaigns.
• Are the people ready, focused, and sensing a fulfillment of ministry?
• Are your church’s resources ready?
• Are there short-term, unresolved staff, ministry, or relationship issues?
2.
What is the vision?
Vision clarity is the number one determining factor in a campaign’s success. Proverbs 29:18 says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” INJOY Stewardship Founder, Dr. John C. Maxwell, has added, “Without money, the vision perishes.”
Ask yourself the following questions about the vision you are preparing to cast for the upcoming campaign:
• Is the vision clear, concise, and compelling?
• Does the vision involve the elements of faith, courage, and risk?
• Is it relevant?
• Does it have wholehearted support?
What is the project?
This is where you get to have a little fun.
• Is the project defined?
• Is it urgent and/or compelling?
• Will the project change lives and challenge eople invest, give, and/or sacrifice?
Dr. Maxwell again says, “Leader’s touch a heart before they ever ask for a hand.”
is your capacity?
• Do you anticipate notable financial commitment?
• Are there enough regular giving units?
One way to understand your financial capacity is through INJOY Stewardship Solutions Financial Analysis tool. Every church is different, and every church’s need is unique. Our in-depth Financial Analysis allows us to see into your church’s giving culture, and equips us to guide you towards the right solution.
Another question to ask is if there is widespread leadership support, both publicly, and privately, at all levels. BY the time you get ready to begin your campaign, you’ll need your leaders to be prepared and ready to answer questions.
What are your measurable foundations?
Ask yourself, and leaders, questions like:
• What are the ministry leader’s opportunities to use their gifts?
• Am I being challenged to utilize my gifts/abilities?
• Are the church family’s needs being met?
• Do potential visitors see us as authentic and genuine?
Why are you here?
You will receive clarity into your vision by asking yourself the following questions:
• What are we here for?
• Where are we now?
• Who are we now?
• Is our foundation solid?
• Who are we here for?
• Where have we come from?
Understanding your ministry environment gives direction that will let you drive the vision to the back row of your congregation and see it fully funded!
