Peel Park CoHousing
Australia is currently in the midst of a super ageing crisis. With life expectancy rising and fertility rates declining, an increasing number of older Australians are pressing the demand for housing. Driven by gender and age equity through design, this project aimed to provide an adapted cohousing typology to bereaved older women at risk of homelessness, alongside a ‘housing design guide’ for industry to refer to. This studio also included travel to South Korea, where I got the chance to work alongside students at Yonsei University and visit a Seniors Living Centre.

EDMONDSON PARK SCHOOL
This project encompassed the design of a primary school in Edmondson Park. From thorough site analysis, a masterplan was developed as each element of the school was meticulously designed, with a key focus on environmental sustainability through the use of pre-fab materials such as SIPS and cassette flooring. The resulting school features demountables, a school hall and playground, that integrate seamlessly with their surroundings to provide a supportive and long-lasting environment for children to learn and grow.

KELLYVILLE DEVELOPMENT
This project demonstrates how a single, efficient tower pattern can be meaningfully adapted across different contexts to support evolving urban and social needs. Through precedent analysis, I learned the importance of balancing form, function, and context, of moving beyond visual expression to prioritise adaptability, circulation, and connection to place. My intention for Kellyville was to design a residential tower that reflected its clear demographic angle, while respecting the impending influx of couples and individuals to the area as part of the TOD precinct. The proposal shows how this framework can flex between family-oriented and mixed-tenure housing models while maintaining structural logic, environmental responsiveness, and a strong relationship to Country. It illustrates a vision for future high-density living that is adaptable, inclusive, and grounded.

EMPLOYMENT WORK
My role as floorplanner for Mcniece - a local real estate company - entails travelling to residential properties to take accurate measurements and produce detailed floor plans. It involves assessing spaces on site, recording dimensions, and translating them into clear, professional drawings for property documentation and marketing, while coordinating with real estate agents, photographers, and homeowners to ensure smooth site visits and accurate outcomes.
