My Big Dream Journey to Brammah Valley
(A story told by a 5 year old girl)
My name is Meera and I am five years old. I want to tell you a story about the most beautiful journey of my life. I went to a magical place called Brammah Valley. Papa said it is a very special place in the mountains. I did not know what a valley was before, but now I know it is like a big green bowl made by nature.
We started our journey very early in the morning. The sky was still sleepy and the air felt cold on my cheeks. I wore my warm jacket and my pink shoes. Mama tied my hair nicely and said I looked like a little mountain explorer. I felt very proud. I held Papa’s finger tightly because everything looked new and big.
When we reached the mountains, I saw huge trees standing quietly. They looked like guards protecting the forest. Birds were flying here and there and singing sweet songs. I tried to sing with them but Mama laughed and said the birds sing better than me. The road was long and curvy and I kept looking out of the window because I did not want to miss anything.
After some time, we started walking. Papa said this is called trekking. I thought trekking means walking and walking and walking. The grass was green and soft. It felt nice under my shoes. There were little flowers in yellow and purple colors. I wanted to pick them but Mama said we should not hurt nature. So I just looked at them and smiled.
I saw a big mountain standing far away. It looked very tall and strong. Papa told me its name is Brammah Peak. I said hello to the mountain in my heart. It felt like the mountain was smiling back at me.
The air in Brammah Valley felt very fresh. When I took a deep breath, it felt clean and happy inside me. There were small rivers flowing gently. The water was clear like glass. I could see stones inside the river. I touched the water with my fingers and it was very cold. I quickly pulled my hand back and laughed.
We walked slowly and took many breaks. Papa said it is important to walk slowly in the mountains. Mama gave me biscuits and chocolates. I shared some with my parents because sharing is good. We sat on big rocks and ate our food. The mountains were all around us. I felt very tiny but also very safe.
Sometimes I felt tired and my legs hurt a little. Papa carried me for some time on his shoulders. From there, everything looked bigger and more beautiful. I felt like I was flying. I could see green fields, tall mountains, and white clouds floating in the sky.
In the evening, we reached our camping place. There were tents where we stayed. I had never slept in a tent before. It felt like a small house made of cloth. Inside the tent, it was warm and cozy. Mama spread a mat and a sleeping bag for me. I jumped and laughed because it felt like a game.
When night came, the sky changed completely. There were so many stars. I had never seen so many stars in my life. They looked like tiny lamps shining in the sky. I tried to count them but I fell asleep before I could finish. Papa said the stars watch over us in the mountains.
The next morning, I woke up to the sound of birds. The sun was slowly coming out from behind the mountains. The light touched the valley and everything started glowing. The grass looked shiny and fresh. I felt very happy and excited.
We started walking again. This time, the path went through open meadows. The land was wide and green. I ran a little and spread my arms. Mama told me not to run too fast, but I felt like a butterfly. The wind touched my face and played with my hair.
I saw animals too. There were sheep walking together. They looked fluffy like clouds on the ground. A small lamb looked at me and I waved at it. I wanted to hug it but Papa said we should not disturb them.
As we walked higher, the mountains looked closer. The valley looked like a painting. There were different shades of green everywhere. The sky was blue and clean. I felt like I was inside a storybook.
One moment I will never forget is when we reached a high meadow. Papa said we did very well. I stood there and looked around. Mountains were everywhere. I felt proud and brave. Even though I am small, I felt strong inside.
In Brammah Valley, everything felt quiet and peaceful. There were no cars, no noise, and no big buildings. I could hear the wind, the birds, and my own footsteps. It made my heart feel calm.
When it was time to come back, I felt a little sad. I did not want to leave the mountains. I told Mama that I want to live there forever. She smiled and said the mountains will always be waiting for us.
This journey taught me many things. I learned to walk slowly, to be kind to nature, and to enjoy small things. I learned that mountains are big but they make us feel gentle and happy.
Brammah Valley is not just a place. It is a feeling. It is green grass, cold rivers, shining stars, and big smiling mountains. I am only five years old, but this journey will stay in my heart forever. One day, when I grow big, I want to come back and say hello to my mountain friends again.
