AsperORGALIMES2022,GeneralConditionsforthesupplyofmechanical, electricalandpneumaticproducts,withthemodificationsheresetforth.
DeliveryisEXWKopervikinaccordancewithINCOTERMS20 Allshipment,incl.carriagepaidismadeontheaccountof,andatriskof, thepurchaser.Insurancewillbearrangedonlyifrequested.
AsperORGALIMES2022,Complaintsshallimmediatelybemadein writing,specifyingtheinvoicenumber.Relevantcertificatesanddocuments mustbeenclosed.
30calendardaysunlessotherwiseagreed.Onoverduepaymentinterestof arate12p.a.shallbepaid.
CertificatesareissuedinaccordancewiththeregulationoftheNorwegian DirectorateofLabourInspection.Certificatesbasedontheregulations institutionscanbeiss andexpense.
Ifthepurchaserrequirestestsandchecksoverandaboveourstandard testingprocedure,wecanonlyapprovetheresultsiftheyareperformedat ourworksandwiththeagreementofourqualitymanager.Suchtestshallbe agreedbeforetheorderisacceptedandsuchagreementstipulatedinthe orderconfirmation.
Transferofliability:
Re-exportclause
Ifourcertifiedequipmentistest-loadedafterbeingsuppliedbyus,thisfact mustbenotedonthecertificate.Inthisevent,liabilityfortheequipment transferstothetestingbodyinquestion.Thetestingbodyperforming statutoryperiodicchecksandsigningthecertificateshallassumefurther liabilityfortheproduct.Theidentityofthetestingbodymustbeenteredon thecertificate.
Alltransactions,deliveriesandservicesunderthisAgreementshallbe conductedinfullcompliancewithEURegulationNo.833/2014,andnoexport, orre-export,directlyorindirectly,totheRussianFederationorforuseinthe RussianFederationofanygoodssuppliedunderorinconnectionwiththis Agreementshallbecarriedoutwithoutthesuppliersexplicitwrittenconsent.
